The definitive guide to Australian Wines
Paul and Kathy Drogemuller established Paracombe Wines in 1983 in the wake of the devastating Ash Wednesday bushfires. The winery is located high on a plateau at Paracombe, looking out over the Mount Lofty Ranges, and the vineyard is run with minimal irrigation and hand-pruning to keep yields low. The wines are made onsite, with every part of the production process through to distribution handled from there. Exports to Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan and China.
