Landhaus Estate

John, Barbara and son Kane Jaunutis purchased Landhaus Estate in 2002, followed by ‘The Landhaus’ cottage and 1ha vineyard at Bethany. Bethany is the oldest German-established town in the Barossa (1842) and the cottage was one of the first to be built. Kane has worked vintages for Mitolo and Kellermeister, as well as managing East End Cellars, one of Australia’s leading fine-wine retailers. John brings decades of owner and management experience and Barbara 20 years in sales and marketing. Rehabilitation of the estate plantings and establishing a grower network have paid handsome dividends. Exports to Canada, Taiwan and Singapore. -JAMES HALLIDAY
