Our Review
While Coriole was established in 1967, the cellar door and gardens date back to 1860, when the original farm houses that now constitute the cellar door were built. The oldest shiraz forming part of the estate plantings was planted in 1917, and since '85, Coriole has been an Australian pioneer of sangiovese and the Italian white variety fiano. More recently, it has planted picpoul, adding to grenache blanc, negro amaro, sagrantino, montepulciano and prosecco. Coriole celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019, presumably counting from the year of its first commercial wine release. Exports to all major markets.

Cellar Door
Information
The Cellar Door at Coriole opened in 1972 in the old ironstone barn built in 1860.
The Coriole Cellar Door is open every day except Good Friday and Christmas Day. Apart from our well-known wines, there are always opportunities to taste wines exclusively available in cellar door. This may include rare single vineyard shiraz's, the ever popular "Dancing Fig" or perhaps a mourvedre. There may also be some special Wine's of the Month on a board in cellar door so make sure to have a look when you come in.
Due to a very small cellar door all groups of 8 people or more need to be pre-booked.
