This is the project of Duncan and Peter Lloyd (of Coriole fame) using fruit sourced from a single vineyard in the Blewitt Springs district. The brothers grew up immersed in a world of wine, olive oil, illegal goat's cheese and great food. Both worked in kitchens from the age of 13 and continued to develop a love of good food and wine. Duncan studied winemaking before leaving McLaren Vale to work in Tasmania and Margaret River, and then in Chianti and the Rhone Valley. He returned to McLaren Vale as he couldn't understand why you would want to live anywhere else. Peter also left the area after university, with eclectic occupations in France and England. He shares Duncan's views on McLaren Vale, though for now he lives in Melbourne.
