Our Review
Charlie O'Brien is the son of Helen and Kevin O'Brien, founders of Kangarilla Road. As a small child (a photo on the website says it all) he revelled in the noise of vintage, the ‘silent noise' that of the wine when bottled. Since leaving school at the end of '16 he worked vintages at Gemtree and Yangarra Estate in McLaren Vale, Pikes in the Clare Valley, Pike & Joyce in the Adelaide Hills, Moss Wood in Margaret River, as well as Paul Mas in the Languedoc and Château Haut-Bailly in Bordeaux.
