Allusion Wines

Allusion Wines has been in existence since the mid 1990s, current owners Mark Savery and Annette Warren purchased the property in 2015. They escaped corporate life in Sydney, and are helped by their children Tamsin and Alex and hindered by their dog Sarah. The vineyard contains 25-year-old shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, along with some tempranillo and malbec that Mark planted in 2015. Mark is an engineer by trade, which is very handy around the vineyard and winery. He made wine as a hobby in his garage in Sydney before purchasing Allusion Wines, learning winemaking at the 'University of Life' with support from local winemakers. -JAMES HALLIDAY
