Our Review
Mike Boerema (veterinarian) and Margo Kellet (ceramic artist) established the Minko vineyard on their cattle property at Mt Compass. The vineyard, which uses biodynamic methods, is planted to pinot noir, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, pinot gris and savagnin; 60ha of the 160ha property is heritage-listed.
