Michael and Kerry Dunbabin have one of the most historic properties in Tasmania, dating back to 1826. The property is 1800ha, meaning the vineyard (9ha of pinot noir, 6ha pinot gris, 1.5ha chardonnay, 1ha each of gewurztraminer and riesling, plus 10 rows of shiraz) has plenty of room for expansion. -JAMES HALLIDAY
