Our Review
From its home in Beaconsfield on the western Tamar, Cabbage Tree Hill produces a range spanning sparkling, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, rosé, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon. Reds are sourced exclusively from well-established estate vines. Contract winemaking is handled by Tasmanian Vintners Pty Ltd (formerly Winemaking Tasmania).
