Our Review
Roger and Bev Watson have pioneered viticulture on Flinders Island, planting 1ha of pinot noir, and 0.75ha each of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, riesling and cabernet sauvignon. The windswept environment has slowed the development of the vines, and will always keep yields low. -JAMES HALLIDAY
