Our Review
These wines have a super-cult status and, given the small production, are extremely difficult to find; they are sold chiefly through restaurants and via their website. All have a cosmopolitan edge befitting Rick Kinzbrunner’s international winemaking experience. The Chardonnay is one of Australia’s greatest and is made and matured in the underground wine cellar hewn out of granite. This permits gravity flow and a year-round temperature range of 14–15°C, promising even more for the future. Exports to the UK, UAE, the US, Canada, Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Germany, NZ and China.
