Stefano Stefani came to Australia in 1985. Business success has allowed Stefano and wife Rina to follow in the footsteps of Stefano's grandfather, who had a vineyard and was an avid wine collector. The first property they acquired was at Long Gully Road in the Yarra Valley, planted to pinot grigio, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and pinot noir. The next was in Heathcote, where they acquired a property adjoining that of Mario Marson (ex Mount Mary), built a winery and established 14.4ha of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, malbec and petit verdot. In 2003 a second Yarra Valley property, named The View, reflecting its high altitude, was acquired and Dijon clones of chardonnay and pinot noir were planted. In addition, 1.6ha of sangiovese have been established, using scion material from the original Stefani Vineyard in Tuscany. Exports to China.

Stefani Estate offers two open plan units only a 5 minute drive from Healesville township and many tourist attractions in the Yarra Valley. Each unit accommodates for up to four guests and is featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV and a wood fireplace. Double doors open out to a beautiful deck to fully appreciate the views and peaceful setting nestled between the Belaradah vineyard. Olive grove and fruit orchard. Relax with a glass of Stefani Estate wine and be refreshed.
