Yarra Ridge

Now part of the Foster’s group, Yarra Ridge wines continue to be made in the Yarra Valley, and aged at Seppelt (Great Western) under the guidance of Joanna Marsh. The white wines will be crushed and pressed in the Yarra Valley, and fermented at Seppelt; the reds will be pressed and fermented at Sticks, and sent to Great Western for mlf and finishing. -JAMES HALLIDAY
