Our Review
The cool climate Rocky Gully sheep farming property was established in the early 1950s by the Noack family. They planted the first vines (pinot noir) in 1985, the wines gaining much respect. 2015 saw many transformations throughout the business, including a change of ownership (although 'The Farm' as Rocky Gully is known, is still owned and managed by the Noack family), a new winemaker, a brand refresh, and a new cellar door in Margaret River -JAMES HALLIDAY
About
The cool-climate Rocky Gully sheep farming property was established in the early 50’s by the Noack family. They planted their first Pinot Noir vines in 1985, of which they have gained much respect for. Their ‘down to earth’ personalities and hands-on approach enables the production of these high quality, single vineyard wines of provenance.
The year 2015 saw many transformations throughout the business including a new investor, along with a new winemaker and facility, as well as a brand refresh.
In 2017, the launch of a Margaret River range coincided with the opening of a quaint Cellar Door venue in the Margaret River Region.
