Eagle Vale Estate

Western Australia | Margaret River

Our Review

Eagle Vale is the venture of Colorado businessman Steve Jacobs, and the management/ winemaking team of Chantal and Guy Gallienne. The Galliennes come from the Loire Valley, although Guy secured his winemaking degree at Roseworthy College/Adelaide University. The vineyard is managed on a low-impact basis, without pesticides (guinea fowls do the work) and with minimal irrigation. All the wines are made from estate-grown grapes. Exports to the UK, the US, the Seychelles, China and Hong Kong.

A fortuitous meeting between Colorado businessman Steve Jacobs and Loire born Guy Gallienne, saw a dream become reality.

In 2001, Eagle Vale Estate, implementing a fusion of New and Old World philosophies, set about producing wines which exude; style, class, elegance and finesse.

Two ranges were established to highlight the quality being produced; “Whispering Lake” - Single Vineyard range and “Premium” produced from premium quality fruit, bought in from local growers. Ever vigilant of our Environmental Impact, Eagle Vale Estate works towards 100% sustainable vineyard management.
