Our Review

Fishbone Wines' 9.1ha vineyard includes chardonnay, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon; and 1ha of newer plantings of malbec, vermentino and pinot noir. The Fishbone wines are created with minimal intervention. The range includes the ‘accessible' Blue Label range, single vineyard Black Label Margaret range and the ‘icon' Joseph River wines. The restaurant features a Japanese-inspired menu with a terrace overlooking the property. Exports to the US, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, Taiwan and China.

Fishbone Wines is located in Wilyabrup, the heart of the Margaret River wine region. The north facing property on 165 acres, which undulates down towards the Wilyabrup creek is filled with loam, sandy pea gravel soil, which makes this region unique to viticulture.The winery has a strong focus on the production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Malbec, Vermentino and Pinot.

If you are looking for a unique Margaret River lunch experience, our Japanese inspired restaurant is open daily, offering a modern and unique dining experience. Take a seat on our terrace and enjoy a glass of Fishbone wine, imported sake or a local beer, accompanied by a selection of freshly made sushi. Take-away sushi and chilled wine is available also available to go. Lunch is available from 11.30 (kitchen closes at 3pm). Restaurant reservations are highly recommended.
