Our Review
Over the last 30 years, the Burch family has slowly acquired vineyards in Margaret River and Great Southern. The Margaret River vineyards range from Leston in Wilyabrup to Allingham in southern Karridale; Great Southern includes Mount Barrow and Abercrombie, with Houghton cabernet clones, planted in ’75, all in Mount Barker. The feng shui–designed cellar door is a must-see. A founding member of Australia’s First Families of Wine. -JAMES HALLIDAY
