Vasse Felix was the first winery to be built in the Margaret River. Owned and operated by the Holmes a Court family since 1987,Vasse Felix has undergone extensive changes and expansion. Chief winemaker Virginia Willcock has energised the winemaking and viticultural team with her no-nonsense approach and fierce commitment to quality. The estate vineyards contribute all but a small part of the annual production, and are scrupulously managed, quality the sole driver. Wines include top of the range Heytesbury (a cabernet blend) and Heytesbury Chardonnay; the premier range of mainly varietal wines; Filius Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot; and Classic Dry White and Dry Red. Limited quantities of specialty wines include Cane Cut Semillon,Viognier and Tempranillo. Exports to all major markets.
