Our Review
3 Drops is the name given to the Bradbury family vineyard at Mount Barker. The name reflects three elements: wine, olive oil and water - all of which come from the substantial property. The vineyard is planted to riesling, sauvignon blanc, semillon, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz and cabernet franc, and irrigated by a large wetland on the property. 3 Drops also owns the 14.7ha Patterson's Vineyard, planted in 1982 to pinot noir, chardonnay and shiraz. Exports to South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
