3 Drops is the name given to the Bradbury family vineyard at Mount Barker. The name reflects three elements: wine, olive oil and water, all of which come from the substantial property. The vineyard is planted to riesling, sauvignon blanc, semillon, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz and cabernet franc, and irrigated by a large wetland on the property. 3 Drops also owns the 14.7ha Patterson's Vineyard, planted in 1982 to pinot noir, chardonnay and shiraz.
Exports to South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
