Chief winemaker Matt O'Leary has had a long and successful career in South Australia, including 18+ years with Wolf Blass, working with both red and white wines, reaching the role of senior winemaker. His knowledge has been of prime importance in securing the intake of additional varieties to supplement the annual intake of grapes as the Savitas Wines business grows.
