Our Review
3 Rings was founded by third-generation Hickinbothams David and Leonarda in 2004 and is today run by David and his son Alan. The family began sourcing fruit from the Biscay Road vineyard, planted on cracking clay Biscay soils, in 2009, eventually purchasing the vineyard in 2017. The brand has primarily been aimed at the US market but is now available to purchase in Australia. Two single-vineyard wines are produced, a shiraz and a cabernet sauvignon.
