Our Review
Flemings is a virtual winery partnership between David and Matthew Fleming, and business partner Caroline Horng, right from the outset focusing on exports. David graduated in oenology from Roseworthy Agricultural College in 1990, then spending 6 years working in Australia, California, Hungary, Canada and, later on, Italy. Two hectares of shiraz in the Barossa Valley provides part of the grape intake, the rest purchased from Langhorne Creek. Exports to the US and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
