Cockatoo Ridge has been part of the scenery of SA viticulture and winemaking since 1990. During that time its fortunes have waxed and waned; a substantial injection of capital by its new investors is important, but no more significant than the role of Fine Wine Partners, who are responsible for managing the brand and formulating sales strategies in retail and on-premise channels.
