Glendale Estate

Our Review

Glendale Estate has deep roots in the West Tamar Valley. It was established in 1892 and spent many years as a productive apple orchard before being converted into a vineyard by current custodians, Chris and Cassie Payne. Today, the rustic and wonderfully atmospheric 1920s apple-packing shed serves as the estate’s cellar door, where you can soak up the beatific country vibes and try their impressive range of wines including blanc de noir sparkling, riesling, chardonnay and pinot noir. -DAVE BROOKES
