Our Review
This is a collaborative winemaking project involving winemaker Jeremy Dineen and cheesemaker Nick Haddow. Jeremy was chief winemaker at Josef Chromy from '05–20, his knowledge and skill self-evident. Nick Haddow is a cheesemaker and author with a string of awards to his name, but is perhaps best known now for his culinary crusading on SBS’ Gourmet Farmer. Haddow + Dineen sources from a single vineyard at the mouth of the Tamar River on white quartz gravel. Their wines have no additions other than a small amount of SO₂, and are not fined or filtered. -JAMES HALLIDAY
