Our Review
Armstead Estate Vineyard is centrally located within the Heathcote region on the banks of Lake Eppalock. Founder Peter Armstead planted the first shiraz vines in 2003 on an east-facing slope just metres from the lake. Tom and Emily Kinsman purchased the estate in July '17, and intend to continue the business, growing and sourcing fruit from a number of well known vineyards across the Heathcote region, making quality wines with the assistance of Rob Ellis.
