Our Review
The project of Alister Purbrick and artist wife Rosa (née Dalfarra), whose paintings adorn the labels of the wines. Alister is best known as winemaker at Tahbilk (see separate entry), the family winery and home, but this range of wines is intended to (in Alister’s words) ‘Allow me to expand my winemaking horizons and mould wines in styles different from Tahbilk’.
