Established in 2018 by Barossa couple Jack Weedon and Tash Hayes, Rollick Wines is named, labelled and marketed in anticipation of a good time. With 12 years’ experience across Australia, NZ, France and Italy (including 7 at Henschke), Jack looks after winemaking, while Tash’s background in marketing 'makes the rest of the magic happen’. -TYSON STELZER
