Established in 1983 by the Hollick family and acquired by the Yingda Investment Co in 2014, Hollick Estates' vineyard, winery, restaurant and cellar door overlooks Coonawarra. The wines are estate-grown from three vineyards in Coonawarra and nearby Wrattonbully, reflecting the characteristics of each site. The classic Coonawarra varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Chardonnay are made, along with The Nectar (botrytis riesling), Barbera and Tempranillo. Exports to most major markets.

Producing wines from estate grown fruit from the Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions, the Hollick team have a commitment to making wines which reflect each vineyard’s characteristics, demonstrating true ‘Pride of Place’ for over 30 years.
The Hollick team welcomes visitors to its modern cellar door facility. The complex incorporates a restaurant, “Upstairs at Hollick”, which showcases modern Australian cuisine using regional produce.
The limestone building features red gum benches and stairs with floor to ceiling windows to allow views overlooking the vineyard and into the barrel shed.
An extensive selection of Hollick wines are available for tasting at all times including wines that are exclusive to cellar door.
