In April 2014 the Hollick family announced that a major investment had been made in their business by the large Chinese group Hong Kong Yingda Investment Co. Ltd. Involved in hospitality and tourism in China, part of its business involves vineyard and winery operations. The Hollick family continues to own a part of the business, and continues to manage it in the same way as usual. Major benefits to Hollick are working capital and access to the Chinese market; and Hong Kong Yingda Investment Co. Ltd will gain expertise from the Hollick family. Exports to most major markets.


The Hollick team’s passion, determination and hands on approach has developed Hollick Wines into an iconic winery, right in the heart of Coonawarra’s famous terra rossa strip.

Producing wines from estate grown fruit from the Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions, the Hollick team have a commitment to making wines which reflect each vineyard’s characteristics, demonstrating true ‘Pride of Place’ for over 30 years.

The Hollick team welcomes visitors to its modern cellar door facility. The complex incorporates a restaurant, “Upstairs at Hollick”, which showcases modern Australian cuisine using regional produce.
The limestone building features red gum benches and stairs with floor to ceiling windows to allow views overlooking the vineyard and into the barrel shed.
An extensive selection of Hollick wines are available for tasting at all times including wines that are exclusive to cellar door.
