Australia’s oldest family-owned winery Yalumba celebrates the launch of the 2016 vintage of its iconic wine, The Caley Cabernet & Shiraz (RRP $365). Entering its fifth vintage, The Caley was first launched with the 2012 and marks the label’s first foray into the luxury wine market.
A claret style, this latest release is a blend of 71 per cent Coonawarra cabernet and 29 per cent Barossa shiraz and is built not only to drink now, but also to cellar to 2036 and beyond.
